How do I subscribe/create a Rewards Box Members account?  
1) Click the "Get Your Box" anywhere on our site.
2) Set your preferences to customize your box.
3) Select your subscription term and preferred payment plan.  
4) Continue with the checkout process as usual.

Do I have to pay sales tax?          
We only collect sales tax when we are required to by law. Typically you only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouse.

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged upon checkout. Please visit our Subscription Box Terms for information on Subscription Box billing.          

Has my order shipped?     
Our Subscription Boxes ship the third week of the month. Depending on your preference you should expect to receive your box in the first week of the month your box is due. Shop items   ship right away except for items on back order. You will always be notified via email when you order ships.  


How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?          
To make changes to   your order, please call 813- 539 -6465 within 24 hrs of placing your order   and have your order # ready when you call. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer changeable. 


How do I track my order?      
A tracking number will be provided via email when your order ships.

  
My order never arrived          
Please use the tracking number provided when your order shipped to check with the shipper   and confirm that your package(s) were delivered. If your tracking number shows  a status of "delivered", and you did not receive your package(s), please contact customer service at 813- 539 -6465 for assistance. 


When will my backorder arrive? 
Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.

             
How do I return my product? 
Shop items may be returned. If for any reason you are not satisfied, within three (3) days of receipt of your order, contact us regarding your need for a return and we can arrange the return of the product for exchange or a refund (excluding shipping charges). Returned products must be unused, in the original packaging, with no damage to product or packaging. Items in our Subscription/Gift boxes can be exchanged for free, please contact us regarding an exchange.  

         
I received the wrong product          
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product.         

How much is my shipping? 


Shipping of our subscription boxes is currently free within the USA, international shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information, as are non subscription shop items. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
